#Reports (Firm Admin)

Purpose: Understand how the practice is performing.

Depending on your data, expect summaries such as:

#How to use reports
- Open Reports each week or month.
- Compare revenue and caseload to last period.
- Investigate dips with Matters and Invoices.
- Pair with Expenses for a simple profit picture.
Super Admin has separate platform analytics under Analytics and Platform Overview.

Enter the keys for gateways you enable. Configure provider webhooks as shown on the screen so paid matters confirm reliably.

#Theme & Branding
Colours, logo, branding for the public site. Optional AI help to generate a theme if credits allow.
#Domain
Custom domain / subdomain settings for the public website.
#API Access
Generate or revoke an API token so external systems can integrate with this firm. Availability depends on your plan.
#Notifications
Toggles for which client emails this firm wants to emphasise (e.g. matter confirmation). Automatic reminder jobs may still depend on platform scheduling. See Email Notifications.
#Settings checklist before go-live
- Platform SMTP tested
- OpenAI key tested (if using AI)
- At least one plan and one firm created
- Firm payment mode chosen and keys saved
- Service types + services created
- Website published
- Test matter + confirmation email received
